At Lime, our Physios take the Clinical Pilates classes, unlike Pilates classes at a Studio or gym. Participants work to an individual or specially tailored program which ensures the exercises they are doing are right for their situation – be it for ongoing exercise, rehabilitation or recovery from illness or injury.
Before commencing classes, you will be individually assessed by a Physio with exercises carefully selected to ensure you optimise gains while significantly reducing the likelihood of aggravating an existing injury. If required, you will also need to have one-on-one sessions with a Physio before commencing Group Pilates classes to ensure you are doing the different exercises safely and effectively.
Our Physios oversee each participant’s exercise program, ensure their technique is correct and determine when they can move to the next level.
To book in for your initial assessment, please ring us on 3188 9308.
