Our Exercise Physiologist at LIME is a degree-qualified health professional who can prescribe exercise to help treat many different conditions. Each tailor-made exercise program is appropriate (not too difficult and not too easy), enjoyable and evidence-based. Exercise Physiologist's can use a huge variety of modalities to help but what they choose to do will depend on each individual’s preference. There is an enormous body of research to support the need to exercise to prevent, manage and recover from illness. Being physically active is so good for you mentally, emotionally and physically!
